Which wallets can I connect?

Ethereum: MetaMask, Brave Wallet, Coinbase Wallet

Why am I asked to sign a message?

Signing a server-generated nonce proves you own your wallet address without sharing private keys. We never gain spending rights—only identity verification.

Can I install Xtera as an app?

Yes—Xtera is a Progressive Web App. Look for the “Install App” prompt in your browser or tap our toast notification to add it to your home screen.

What if my wallet isn’t listed?

If you use another EVM or Solana wallet, email hello@xtera.com. We’re always adding new integrations.

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication?

After connecting and signing in, you’ll be redirected to our 2FA setup page. Scan the QR code with an Authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code to complete setup.

Where can I view my recent transactions?

Go to your Dashboard and click “Transactions.” You’ll see both on-chain ETH/SOL history and your 0x swap records, sorted by date. Tap any item for more details.

How do I edit my profile information?

1. Sign in and click your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile from the sidebar.
3. Click Edit, update your details, then click Save.

How can I buy crypto?

1. In the sidebar, click Buy Crypto.
2. Choose your fiat currency and payment method.
3. Enter the amount you want to spend.
4. Complete the payment via our on-ramp partner; tokens arrive in minutes.

My transaction is pending—what should I do?

• Check the Transactions tab on Dashboard.
• Low gas fees or network congestion can delay confirmations.
• If still pending after 30 minutes, consider increasing gas or contact support.

How can I sell crypto?

1. Connect your wallet via the sidebar → Wallet.
2. Once connected, select Sell Crypto in the sidebar.
3. Choose the token you wish to sell and enter the amount.
4. Select your payout method (bank transfer, card, etc.)—powered by Transak’s off-ramp.

• Instant rails (e.g. certain card payouts) settle within minutes.
• Bank transfers typically arrive in 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
